Announcing the 2009

Culinary Concert Series

We're kicking off the series this year with Cormorant's Fancy on the third Friday of each month beginning May 15, 2009. Always a favorite of The Fairfield Inn's guests, Cormorant's Fancy will delight you with their exciting repertoire of Irish and folk music, playing songs from their brand new CD, Here and There. Additional artists for the Culinary Concert Series to be announced.

Gettysburg Arts Get-A-Way Stay

Enjoy the activities, many of them free to the public, during this ten-day festival with a stay at The Fairfield Inn. All guestrooms are deluxe with full private bath and decorated with antiques as well as Civil War and Colonial Memorabilia. Check the on-line reservation for availability.

...and not just any Sunday Brunch. The Elegant Mansion House Dining Room will be serving Sunday meals table side (no more getting up and down for food sitting out on the buffet - our wait staff will gladly serve delicious hot entrees straight out of the kitchen and to the table). You can try new items or stick with the tried and true brunch entrees such as Lord Baltimore's French Toast - three huge pieces of French Toast with Fresh Fruit sandwiched in between, Juicy Grilled Steak & Eggs, Chef's Choice Quiche served with Fresh Fruit and Roasted Potatoes, Crab or Shrimp Benedict served with sausage or bacon, or you can savor the Slow Roasted Loin of Pork with a sweet and tangy Apple Glaze and Home Fried Potatoes served with the Inn's famous hot biscuits and honey.
