The Inn is thrilled to continue the acclaimed CULINARY CONCERT SERIES through 2008 featuring Live Music each and every Friday with CORMORANT'S FANCY the first and third FRIDAYS of each month and TIM FOSTER the second and fourth FRIDAYS of each month
CULINARY CONCERT SERIES ROSTER
Last year, The Culinary Concert Series at the Historic Fairfield Inn was pleased to offer two very different and very talented musical performances for dinner guests. Tim Foster joined the series and has entertained guests with a variety of musical selections for the piano on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month through the 2007 season and will continue to do so this year! Tim comes from a musical family and has been playing the piano since he was ten years old. He is currently studying under Dr. Jocelyn Swigger of Gettysburg College’s Music Department.
Since the Culinary Concert Series began in 2004, the area’s most energetic and spellbinding Irish Folk Band, Cormorant‘s Fancy, have entertained dinner guests with heart-pounding, feet-stomping Irish Jigs, haunting Slow Airs & Reels and Traditional Folk Music of the 18th and 19th Centuries all performed live on period instruments. Cormorant’s Fancy will continue their exciting performances on the first and third Fridays of each month through 2008. Enjoy the Irish Folk music of CORMORANT'S FANCY or the romantic piano talent of TIM FOSTER. Join in an Irish sing-a-long or just sit back and relax to live piano music. Delicious specialty dishes are always prepared for the CULINARY CONCERT SERIES EVENINGS as well as the Mansion House's favorite fare.
