Proud to announce that President George Bush sent a personally signed Congratulatory Letter to the owners, management and staff of The Fairfield Inn for continuing the 250-year tradition of excellent service, fine food and gracious accommodations. Governor Ed Rendell made a special visit to have a private lunch with Sal & Joan Chandon, their daughter, Alexandra, and Joan's mother, Olga Krossick, to present in person the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Proclamtion citing the Inn's "unprecedented success throughout the years truly representing the finest in Pennsylvania dining experiences". Judge Marjory Rendell visited for lunch during the Inn's 250th Anniversary Celebration and Representative Dan Moul, on behalf of The House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, presented the Chandons with a Citation recognizing The Fairfield Inn as one of only five in America that has been in continuous operation since the 1700's!
