Braised Short Rib & Mushroom Toast– Lager braised beef short ribs, caramelized balsamic Portobello mushrooms, chipotle cauliflower puree, butter toasted baguette and Espagnole Sauce

Garlic Herb Rack of Lamb-
Cast iron roasted rack of lamb, seasoned with fresh garlic and herbs, butter roasted potato puree, char grilled leeks and IPA Almond Vin.

After Hours Investigation With Gettysburg Paranormal Association- Friday, September 22 at 9 p.m.

Have you heard any of the ghost stories about the Inn? Did you know the Inn was featured on the Discovery Channel show “Ghost Lab” in 2013? Well, now is your chance to experience it for yourself! Join the amazing team from Gettysburg Paranormal Association on an after-hours paranormal investigation. Johlene “Spooky” Riley, an award winning tour guide and author, will lead her team and guests through the Inn from 9 p.m. to midnight to capture evidence of the afterlife. All equipment is provided and each guest will receive a DVD of their investigation.

You can take it even further by being our overnight guest that evening and staying in one of our six beautiful guest rooms. A special chef-prepared breakfast will be served the following morning to fill you up after a busy and eventful night of investigating.
