You will be treated to the ambiance of the Historic Fairfield Inn while being entertained with a historically authentic and delightful show. Professor Kerrigan, illusionist and story teller, will perform Civil War era magic and tell you in dramatic fashion some of the many ghost stories from the immediate area. A wonderful dinner will be served to you during the performance which even includes dessert! Enjoy an affordable evening of live, period entertainment, available by reservation, on these upcoming 2018 dates: January 6 and 20, February 3 and 24, and March 10 and 24.
Performances are at 6:00 p.m. Professor Kerrigan performs by reservation only. Traditional Ham & Bean Soup (Fall and Winter) – This soup is from the original recipe that was used to feed the Confederate Soldiers as they retreated through Fairfield, July 4, 1863.
Mansion House Salad (Spring and Summer) – Mixed Greens with Mandarin Orange Segments & Toasted Nuts topped with Maggie Miller Dressing – a Light Maple Vinaigrette.
Fairfield’s Famous Chicken & Biscuits – Traditional Old Recipe for Pulled Chicken in a Thick Gravy. The Fairfield Inn is well known for its traditional Chicken & Biscuits meal, made from a recipe that has been passed down from Innkeeper to Innkeeper through the centuries. We serve over two tons of Chicken & Biscuits annually. Comes with vegetable and potato of the day.
Prime Rib –. Brushed with house seasonings, then slow roasted to order, served au jus. Comes with vegetable and potato of the day.
Pork Medallions – Pork Tenderloin Medallions, Grilled to perfection, over a Green Bean, Apple, Cranberry and Brown Rice Blend. Finished with a Fig and Bacon Red Wine Sauce. Served with a vegetable du jour.
